Yes, GST is applicable

The customer is required to pay GST at 18% of invoice/consignment value. Please verify this with your Tax team / consultant, as well.

If the customer has provided the correct GST number, all transactions which are liable to GST will be uploaded on the GST portal by Shippin on a monthly-basis.

It is the responsibility of the customer to generate e-way bill and provide the copy of e-way bill to driver partners of Shippin.

The customer should always give the invoice / bill of supply / delivery challan / bill of entry or any other documents as required under GST law and rules. It is the responsibility of the customer to hand over these documents to the driver partners of Shippin to ensure a smooth experience.

It is the responsibility of the customer to give the requisite documents to driver partners of Shippin. If the customer fails to submit the requisite documents, the customer will have to bear the monetary and non-monetary losses, penalties and any inconvenience arising out of the same.

As soon as the customer books the trip, the customer can view the vehicle details assigned for transportation. Customers should mention the same vehicle details in the e-way bill.

The trip fare is calculated after a trip is ended. There are multiple ways to pay the fare:Shippin Wallet:You can deposit money in advance in Shippin Wallet and the fare would be automatically deducted from the available balance. If sufficient balance is not available, the remaining amount has to be paid in cash.
